John was the son of Anthony and his first wife, Martha. He was born ca 1738 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia and died 1776 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. He married Elizabeth Elley, daughter of Henry and Ester Elley. He was born ca 17 46 in Spotsylvania County Virginia and died after 1768 in a place unknown.
